Shipping & Returns
We will ship your order within 2 business days of you placing the order on all non-backordered items. You will receive a tracking number via the e-mail so that you can spy on your package while it is in transit. We like to know where our stuff is at any given point of time, so should you!
If you are in a rush to get your goodies, you can request an overnight delivery. We are not able to offer free overnight shipment yet, but we can make it work on your schedule for a fee.
We will let you know if your product takes a little longer. Everything we have is small batch and is made by hand, which takes time. And sometime we take extra time to prepare your order to make you feel special.
The best customer is a pampered and spoiled customer – if you ordered our product by mistake, or purchased so much that you cannot find space for toothpaste on your bathroom counter, just ship it back (not the toothpaste, please).
We are grown-ups and will deal with rejection through hours of therapy (just kidding). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name and order number. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label (that makes it free) and you can send the package back. That simple!
Please make sure to follow the below rules to assure your return is processed quickly:
- We accept returns up to 6 months from the date of original purchase.
- Please return product in the original packaging so that we can somewhat recognize our goods.
- Please allow up to 7 -10 business days from when we receive your returned package to verify everything and credit money back to your account. Depending on the type of payment you used when purchasing, credit might appear on your account 3-12 business days after we posted it.
